Article 2 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered through deallest.store and define the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 3 — Products
Products are presented with descriptions and their essential characteristics.
Photographs and illustrations are provided for information purposes. Customers should carefully read product descriptions before placing an order.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€).
Applicable delivery charges are shown before the customer confirms the order.
VAT treatment is determined according to the seller's actual tax status and applicable law.
Article 5 — Orders
Customers select their products, review their shopping cart, provide the required information and confirm their order after reviewing the total price and applicable conditions.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation, subject to product availability.
Article 7 — Delivery
Delivery is available in France and selected European countries.
The estimated delivery time is 7–12 days, subject to the circumstances of each order and destination.
Applicable shipping charges and restrictions are displayed before payment.
Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the day after receiving their products, except where statutory exceptions apply.
Withdrawal requests may be sent to contact@deallest.store.
Customers generally have a further 14 days after notifying us of their withdrawal decision to return the products.
Article 9 — Legal Guarantees
Products sold to consumers benefit from applicable statutory guarantees, including the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
The statutory guarantee of conformity generally applies for two years from delivery of the goods, subject to applicable legal conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the consumer's statutory rights.
