Products should be returned in a condition suitable for resale, with their original accessories and packaging where possible.

Direct return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility where legally permitted, except where the product is defective, non-compliant or an error was made by us.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including personalized products and certain sealed hygiene products once opened.

The return address will be provided by our customer service team after your return request has been reviewed.

Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions.

Refunds
